I'm Tyler, and this is my story
Hello, my name is Tyler Valenzia. I am a 22-year-old active-duty U.S. Marine stationed in San Diego, CA. Growing up I was always the smallest and skinniest kid in my peer group.
One day at the early age of 14 years old, I decided to make a change in my life. I started to get interested in lifting weights and made it a goal of mine to get bigger. This was the beginning of my fitness journey.
At age 14, I weighed only 122 pounds. By age 18, at the end of my senior year of high school, I weighed 200 pounds. A huge goal of mine.
In my app, I will teach you how I naturally built my physique and give you the tools that I learned from my 9+ years of lifting experience and training while serving in the military. This will include a variety of bodybuilding techniques, body weight/calisthenics, military-style training, nutrition, and lifestyle advice so that you can become the best version of yourself possible!
